তোমরা তোমাদের সমস্ত বিষয়ের প্রশ্নের উত্তর পেয়ে যাবে আমাদের শিক্ষা বৃত্তি মূলক– Digital Porasona website. এছাড়া তোমাদের ভাই-বোন, বন্ধু-বান্ধব, দাদা-দিদি যারা নার্সারি থেকে দ্বাদশ শ্রেণী পর্যন্ত পড়াশুনা করে তাদের সমস্ত প্রশ্নের উত্তর পেয়ে যাবে আমাদের এখানে।

Read the following passage and answer the questions given below:

On 16th January, 1941, Sisir finished his dinner early and drove to Elgin Road around 8.30 p.m. He parked the Wanderer at the back of the house.
Sisir and Subhas had maintained total secrecy about the plan of escape. None of the family members knew anything except Subhas’s niece Ila and a male cousin, Dwijen. Subhas and Sisir waited until the rest of the Bose family had fallen asleep.

Subhas had changed into his disguise as Muhammad Ziauddin. He was dressed in a long, brown coat, baggy shalwars and a black fez. He wore gold wire-rimmed spectacles. 

ACTIVITY 1

   I am glad to receive your letter and you want to know about West Bengal’s festival Durga Puja. Well I will try to describe the the festival of Durga Puja.

 The whole Bengal  is decorated by pandel, light etc. We have holidays for a month. Everybody  go to the market and malls for shopping each day. We visit many temples and decorated pandals  every day and offer  prasad to Goddess Durga. The festival will end with the immersion of the idol.This is my most favourite puja. And the food during this entire season was mesmerizing. Every family prepared  rasgullas, jhal muri,shukto, shondesh, bhapa doi and cake. 

I wish this year you can join us during durga puja.I will wait for your letter. No more today.
